Great communication and explication of services. Michelle always adds her personal touch and recommendations to every visit and provides personalized service. Went in for eyebrow micro blading and this is a highly skilled event for me as I have pale skin and any error would be very viable. I'm so happy with the results and Iplan to return for other services and future visits soon!

I cannot say enough good things about The Beauty Spot and its owner, Michelle Hale. Michelle is hands down the most upfront, honest, no-nonsense esthetician I’ve ever worked with—in the best possible way. She tells you what you need, not what she can sell you to keep you spending money. She truly cares about getting you the biggest bang for your buck, and she meets you exactly where you are in your skincare journey. For context: I’m very lean and fit and unfortunately a fast metabolizer of Botox and Dysport. After several expensive rounds that looked great for about two weeks (but cost me around $1,200 each time), I finally decided it just wasn’t worth it. Then I met Michelle—and she immediately said, “Girl, you need laser.” I was terrified of laser. Internet photos can be scary, and I absolutely could not take five days off work—or miss workouts. Michelle took the time to educate me and reassure me that my fears didn’t match reality, but she never pushed. Because I was still nervous, she met me where I was and we started with microneedling. It was fantastic—but I’m 50, with years of sun damage, inconsistent sunscreen use, and deep expression lines. Michelle knew laser was ultimately what I needed, and she continued to gently guide me there. What finally convinced me was attending one of her open houses (go if she has one!). I met her real clients, saw their before-and-afters, and heard firsthand about their laser experiences. That was it—I was ready. And let me tell you… WHAT was I so scared of?! The results from the Helix laser Michelle uses (she has other lasers too) were absolutely incredible. I had it done the Helix on October 27, and now it’s January and I’m counting the days until I can go back. I fully plan to stay on a twice-a-year laser routine. Michelle also offers great deals (get on her newsletter!), and every appointment is thorough—never rushed because she wants to make sure you get what you came for. She follows up, wants you to stay in touch, and truly works with you as a teammate in your skincare. I’ll be honest: I was such a chicken at first. Now I’m a firm believer that both women and men should be doing laser treatments at least twice a year. My best friend finally worked up the courage to do the Helix laser with Michelle too—and she loved it just as much. Now we’re just trying to coordinate a few days where neither of us has to go into work so we can do it again together. Michelle isn’t a magician, meaning I have to do my part too—but she’s the reason my skin looks as good as it does today. If skincare were left up to me, I’d scrub my kitchen counters before washing my face at night. She’s slowly (and patiently) training me to take my skincare as seriously as my countertops—and it’s working. If you want honesty, expertise, real results, and someone who genuinely cares, go see Michelle. Be ready—she’ll tell it like it is. And you’ll thank her for it. Client for life.

I first received services from Michelle years ago, when I lived in Boulder. A decade+ later and needing a "glow up," I sought her out again. I booked the $25 anti aging consult and got honest and concise feedback. We went with neurotoxin injections (botox) to start and she gave a suggestion on a further treatment that would support the results I sought. In the last 6mo, I have completed 2 rounds of botox and I've been so happy with the results. My first sesh was light as I was worried about the outcome, but the results were great! NO frozen face! Michelle is a meticulous, always up to date on the latest treatments and my go to for skin care!

I’ve been seeing Michelle for years for different services, and she’s absolutely amazing! She’s so skilled, knowledgeable, and has the warmest bedside manner. Every time she adds a new service, you’d think she’s been doing it forever. The results speak for themselves! Her experience as an aesthetician really shines through in everything she does. Michelle is very skilled, experienced and up to date on developments in the field of skin care and anti-aging methodologies and invests in the related equipment and training so her clients are the beneficiaries. As an added benefit, she's a super interesting person so it's fun to hang with her!
